ok i just overclocked it to 1512 mhz and MBM 5 reports my processor to be running at 46 degrees when it is idling. is this ok?

Like I said, Keep it below 52C and you should be good to go. The lower the temp the better, just use 52C as a MAX.

but its not like if you temps go above 52C your going to screw things up, its just thats a good number to keep under.
