Are you doing LGA775 or 1156?
At the quoted budget, 775 seems more feasible. Also, the way you say DDR3 as though it is a choice further reinforces the LGA775 angle.
I like Gigabyte better than Asus, after Asus couldn't fix a neatly documented problem clearly related to my M3A78 for like 82 BIOS revisions.
Maybe the EP45T-UD3R ($120)?
If you're going 1156, the P55-UD3L ($125) or UD3R ($140) look to be the only options they have. The 3L is an interesting choice if you want the legacy ports, but the 3R gives you better cooling and connector positions.
