I'd also mention the card in this thread:

Please note my bashing of Creative drivers before it became a popular pastime.  ;)

Greetings,

I am also looking for a good sound card for the system I am building.  The Auzentech's were recommended to me over creative.  However, I'm a musician and I need the front audio panel like I have with my Creative XI-FI Platinum for recording.  The Auzentech cards don't seem to have the front panel options.  Does anyone know of another option?

Otherwise I think I'm going to go this route: http://www.getqlt.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=6570

Any thoughts?

Best regards,

Twig

Musician, eh?

M-Audio is your answer.
