screwups with unlocking kit...
« Reply #11 on: November 01, 2002, 10:55:00 PM »

Why do people buy these unlocking kits :( .
It is a waste of good money when a trip to the auto parts store and hardware store can do the best job for cheaper. Here is the best Link on the net for unlocking that bad boy, even has a movie you can download. Also clean off that conductive material on the L3 bridge. It can come to no good, L1 and only the L1 unless you know what your doing with the rest.
Note: I unlock an average of 10 XP's a month and this is the link I learned from and it works.

And... also arctic silver will not work it conducts heat not voltage.

Gid, if I e-mail my favorites list for modding and over clocking would you post it lock it at the top it is very large. May help some new to this and save them from killing their computers.
