If you are looking for a good board the SOYO Light is $85.00 at NewEgg and it runs circles around most AMD boards! $65.00 remaining will get you an XP 1800 or 1900 CPU.

wanna get real bang for your buck?  newegg has the epox 8k3a oem for 72 and athlon xp 1800+ for 75.  The 8k3a kicks ASS trust me.  GREAT for overclocking, never had a problem, supports 1/5 PCI divider.
