Acronyms for this FS/T Forum - a must read.

== updated ===

These acronyms are useful if you want to sell/trade/buy/etc.

I don't take any credit for these acronyms. They're mostly taken from the AT:FS/T forums and the defunct AGN3D forums.

I just thought of posting this because of the recent "misunderstandings" in our very own GT FS/T forum.

If you have other Acronyms to add, please LMK so I can edit this. ta! :)

FS:
"For Sale"
This is what to use when you've got stuff to sell. AFAIK, it's a must to post prices.

example- FS: WD 60GB Hard Drive

__
FT:
"For Trades (only)"
This is what to use in the subject field when you want to trade something with someone. The message body normally contains what you're looking for in a trade. AFAIK, you don't necessarily have to post prices.

example- FT: N64 + 30 games

__
FS/T:
"For Sale and/or Trade"
When you can give a deal to someone who's willing to trade something with your item on-sale. AFAIK, you still have to post product prices.

example- FS/T: Mobo, PSU, HD

__
WTB:
"Want to Buy"
When you're looking for a particular item buy.

example- WTB: 56K PCI modems

__
WTT:
"Want to Trade"
When you're looking for a particular item to trade.

example- WTT: 256MB DDR RAM for Mobile phone accessories, etc.

__
WTT/B:
"Want to Trade/Buy"
When you're looking for a particular item to trade or purchase.

example- WTT/B: 400 Watt PSU with what you have.
