Hey I am a mechanical minded Joe and I might not have all the answers but I will sure dwell on one unitll I think I have a solution. This also proves to not be the right solution and a trip back to the garage.

 What about Thermoelectric cooling modules? I belive you can cut those puppys down to 32 F. 2 of those below you resevour and you should be good and cold, taking into accout that water does not freez on contact and the distance between your resevour and parts you could fesebly get contact temp of 45F or 50F thats better than 75F house air blown on it by a fan and omit the radiator. Or am I totaly wrong here?
Can you cool a CPU with water?

yes u can cool with water you can even use Thermoelectric cooling modules but keep in mind if so you can get condensation if you cool below the dew point NOT amb room temp
and there are things that can be done to keep this down to a minimum

Please pleas tell us more, I am on the edge of my seat with tweezers waiting to pick you brain. Anythin to keep from having to sit in this room with multiple hight decible fans blowing.

anyone know how to clean out a heater core/ tranny cooler et all? like one from the scrap?  can't have all that junk going through the pump, blocks etc.
ps just read a hundred posts, articles, blah, and one of them said 90% distilled water/ 10% prestone, the prestone is for anti-corrosive, not necessarily for heat transfer.  there were flow charts about conductivity, viscosity, heat transfer, etc. was it tom's? i don't know.   i'm going to bed now.

Use brake cleaner. This usually comes in a paint can container with a parts tray. If your RAD is small enough you could get half in at a time. Or just use Solvent and a brush for the outside and a funnel for the inside. Cap of the other end then leave the solvent in there a few minutes. This slould come out clean!
