Overkill would be when you live in Dallas, mid-Augest and you have all the windows open. You are sitting in front of yer PC wearing a ski jacket, mittens, scarf, hat, and ear muffs. :D

I never said my friend was stable.... :)

He is now playing with some sort of watercooling.  He's trying to make his own waterblock with a 4x4 inch block of aluminum.  I didn't ask how/where/why he got the block, but he did.

He is now in the process of drilling the holes (venting) and trying to find a way to put a copper insert in it... ????

Nuts!  :P  But who am I to stop him?!?

Can you just add some sponges into the hose to soak up the moisture. nd also had another case fan to blow out all of the AC intake. That way air flow is kept and no air is left to settle and condensate. ACs should be turned off about 5 mins the pc is turned off, that way it can be left to remove all cold air.

I don't know if a sponge would help soak up much of the moisture.  It will if it isn't soaking up too much, I guess.

I would leave the AC unit and CPU on all the time, and never shut it off.  That way no condensation.

Another outlet for air flow would be good, I guess.  I wish I knew for sure.
