Ok, I'm testing the Iwill BD133 motherbaord with my celeron 600... this is my replacemnt board since my abit be6-2 bit the dust. I'm having a problem with overclocking... The BD133 is running an i815ep chipset...
My problem is that in my be6-2 I had my celeron 600 running at 900 (100 fsb) @ 1.8volts completly stable. But on this board it doesn't post at a 100 fsb, and speratically at 84-87, anything higher than 87 and no post. and those FSB are at 1.85v. I know that this chip can do more!
I know heat isn't an issue cause I'm using it with my peltier setup, so the cpu is around -10 to 3C while it boots up until it can get into windows and warm up to around 16-20C.
Anyone know of possable problems with my set up?
Setup:
celeron2 600 (can do 900 @ 1.8 volts)
Iwill BD133 (there isn't a newer bios*)
384 megs of pc-133
geforce2 GTS 64 meg (functions fine with an agp bus of 115 Mhz, not the problem)
maxter 40 gig ata 100
10/100 pci nic, works fine with high pci buses
Onboard sound.
*correction, their wasn't a newer bios update for the motherboard, it came with the most resent one installed.
