tuning amp
« on: September 27, 2010, 10:10:15 PM »

i have a 6000 watt pyle super power amp hooked up to 2 12 inch pioneer champion series subwoofers. the subs are 1200 watts each. wondering if anybody has hints on tuning the amp to make the subs sound good and shake my car good. without risk of blowing the subs. also should i bridge the subs or no?

Are those numbers peak wattage or RMS wattage?  What amp do you have?  2 or 4 channel?  2 or 4 Ohms?  We need allot more info before your question can be answered.
