Does anyone know who makes this case? Is it a complete custom just for Maingear? I want one but I don't know what it is

it's leaning towards their own custom design.

I'm iffy on the ports being on the top.  Eventhough it might serve a good purpose being on the floor under the table, as I have mine right now.  But unless everything at the top will be covered from view, my efforts on clean cable management would be of waste with all those cable ends sticking up.  Plus, crap can easily fall into the case and maybe ruin the gpu fans when they start spinning.

True, but I like how clean it is on the inside. Are there any similar cases without the motherboard ports at the top?

i read somewhere that Voodoo did the same 90-degree mobo turn.  Another site is saying it might be a Silverstone case.  This product looks like it:

I believe it is a Silverstone raven series with a different facia. I can see the Silverstone "snowflake" logo on the 5.25 rails thingies.
