ok talked to some shops they said it would cost more to repair it then to buy another...So does anyone know where I can buy a DFI lanparty ut nforce3 250gb....i looked online but no one has one even ****...

Why not buy another socket 754 motherboard with the NForce3 chipset?  You should be able to find something more generic like that pretty quickly.

Update* I bought a used mb same as i had before on the internet and just installed it and hooked everything up...Yet when i push the power button or the quick power button that dfi lanparty has on the inside it doesnt turn on...I did notice the dram power led isnt on? im sure thats suppose to be on any ideas?

Caveat Emptor? I think you may be stuck with having to buy yet another MB. Out of curiosity what are the ratings for the capacitors you need to replace? Was the price the shop quoted you for the labor? I don't think capacitors are terribly expensive.

ya they arnt but she was like "if" we can find them and then labor she said just buy another board...i think what im doing is to buy a new system, its been since early 04 since iv had this cpu,mb,ram...time for a change time to upgrade

I can help you to find replacement caps if you want. As for the labor, If you're going to build a new pc it couldn't hurt to try and solder it yourself. You could use this comp as a file server or htpc. Honestly though I'm more curious to see if cap replacement is going to work at all in your case, hoping nothing got zapped or run through with reverse current.
