 ;)

I currently have these installed:

Jailborked apps:
Cycorder - lets you take videos
MXTube - lets you stream or DL youtube videos
Boss Prefs - does tons of useful stuff like hiding unused app icons, etc
Console - txt based console prompt...you know kinda like dos...
pdanet - tether phone to lappy for instant internuts access! zomg so badass, but keep phone plugged in!
insomnia - leaves net/wifi connection open once the phone hibernates
backgrounder - lets you have programs stay open in the background.  Run this and insomnia and you can stay connected to AIM or whatever.
VLC player - play regular avi's, mpg's, and sh*tload other formats straight off the phone without need of conversion.
MPlayer - similar to VLC
Genesis4iphone - sega genesis emulator
NES4iphone - NES emulator
MAME4iphone - MAME emulator
Scumm VM - emulator to play oldschool click type games like Lucas Arts Digg, Full Throttle and Sam and Max...
iDrums - drum set on your phone!
Flashlight - Real deal flashlight.  Unlike ones from that app store that Apple doesnt allow to adjust screen brightness, this ones goes to Max brightness automagically.

"app store" apps:
Winadmin - control windows remote desktop from zhe phone
Jaadu vnc - VNC program...similar to winadmin...
remote - itunes remote
dynolicious - G-tech killer
units - convert every unit your heart can ever desire
airsharing - share files n stuff
starmap - map for stargazing
beejive - best chat program imo
wootwatch - WOOT!
starwars force unleashed - lightsabers ohh my
Labyrinth - play with my shiny balls pls
idoodle2 - kinda like mspaint
Crash Bandicoot - racing game comparable to mariokart
Raging Thunder - need for speed type game
Superball2 - Arkanoid type game

dynolicious is badass.  simple to setup and calibrate.  To get the full readout, you need slightly more than a 1/4 miles worth of open enough road to be able to have the pedal pegged...

Adding tho this, it has a real-time skid-pad readout that shows the max G's you pull under accel, braking, turning, etc...  So for this, i would figure you need to be on a road course/auto-x course or open enough twisties to run balls to the wall...

Umm, not much.  Little things here and there for functionality.

The only app i can think of atm that hasnt been mentioned... Colloquy for iphone.  IRC for the iphone that really works well; need i say more?

Boxee app, U-verse app, TED, Words with friends (GREAT game), Kindle app works INCREDIBLY well.  Nice to be able to read a book on a whim with the phone.  Suprisingly comfy to read on aswell....

I havent tried the bluetooth printer thing. Gotta read up on that!

IMO, the phone is VERY solid once jailbroken.  The only thing i am noticing with my 3g is the speed.  It really is showing its age.
