Kudos to Plantronics

My Voyager 520 BT headset's ear loop separated itself. So I got onto Plantronics website and chatted with their rep. I asked if this could be fixed with crazy glue or something. A fellow by the name of Matt said to just send it in and they'll send me back a brand new one. I got a replacement 520 overnighted to within four days.

No need for an RMA, all I did was printed out the conversation I had with Matt and included my name and address. Not only does Plantronic BT headsets rock, their support does too!

That's sweet. How's the battery life on your headset? I just got a "Mocha" headset cos the Samsung one I got with my old Black Jack kept dying at midday. >_<

Can last me 3-4 days without charging even with moderate use.

its always really awesome to find a company with good support these days, it definitely makes me want to shop with them more. i'll add them mentally to my good list, though i dont see needing anything they sell anytime soon.

Sounds good! I was close to getting a AAA battery powered headset but the mocha one I ordered is coming today. :)
