I read your guide on the remote start mod and I think it's incredible.
Then after reading it, I stumbled upon this little number:

Which got me to thinking... (oh noes!)
Couldn't that device be used in combination with a WOL cable to create a pretty clean remote start?
I could be way off base, and if I am, by all means, do tell.
But if I'm not, how would the wiring go?
Or would the device need to be modified?

Possible, but the relay might draw too much power for the WOL header.  Maybe replace it with a solid state circuit?

What about bluetooth and a phone that could send something to wake it up like WOL
WOB?

I use my phone to listen to my pc with media player and use my phone to control the mouse.

Tried to play CEASAR4 on it, quite and lengthly process but it worked non the less.
