Gas prices
« on: January 15, 2007, 11:38:26 AM »

I didn't want to resurrect the 3 year old thread on gas prices so I thought I'd create a new one.  I'm in Metro Detroit, and the cheapest I've seen in 1.88 for 87 octane  :o

Lower $2.20's in the Raleigh/Durham area.  I wonder what the national average is now.  All I know is it takes <$25 to fill my Ion and that makes me happy enough.

I'm paying about $0.80 a liter here in canada, according to google (if I did it right):

3.7854118 (litres per gallon) * 0.80 Canadian dollars = 2.57839884 U.S. dollars

So you guys can't really complain.

Yeah, to elaborate it have seen 1.85 (but if you have a AAA card you could get it for 1.80) to 1.95 'round Mount Clemens
