Review: Saitek Eclipse II Keyboard

Quote
A first look at the keyboard shows that the shape has become more traditional; the feet no longer stick out as much as they used to, and media keys have been added on the top right hand side.  Additionally, there is also a new dial to adjust the brightness of the backlighting.

i agree about the sucky dell work keyboards :( i have to use those too

though personally i wouldnt use the eclipse. if it doesnt have scissor switches or springs then it isnt for me. you didnt even talk about the type of keys when you reviewed it. all you said was "Quiet, cushioned keys"...

they are springs. I can get you a pic with a few of the keys poped off if you like tomorrow night.

:)

that is why I posted the Image .. I have to say. I have had those last for years longer than the metal spring versions.

but it does fall under what a spring is.

In the future.. I will make sure I find out for the review.

Yes it is debatable.

again that is why I posted the image and showed you what was in side the keyboard. Instead of letting you think it was a metel spring like in some of the older IBM keyboards.
