Yes, big spenders to big spenders; regulars to regulars, etc. In other words, if you're a big spender, your recipient is also a big spender and his/her recipient is also a big spender and so on. Under no circumstances (this year and the year prior) did a big spender be assigned to a regular and vice-versa. That happened in year one and someone made a note of it
