To think that POS cardboard box and some lights make a camera produce pics that good...

I've built my second box today, but I've used a cardboard box and "see through" (don't know the name in english) papper instead of white sheets

Looks like you used 'tracing paper' for the sides of the box.

I agree with blafrisch, the picture looks like it was taken in a laboratory, which makes the project that much more impressive when you consider the materials used.  Nice job.

upgrading my photo equipment. My black cat seems to want to always sleep on the sheet I used and now with the photo tents cheaper than making the light box (I picked up a 32" and 16" tent for 45.oo)

here is a shot of the 32" tent setup, I am waiting for the 16" still.



migth have to upgrade some of my lighting.

Seems like one might get wrinkle shadows from that light tent. Hows it working out for you? Ive never seen one of those, we could use one at work, where did you get it?

got it off egay. Last night was the 1st time using it so far it is working out well . I also got a red,blue and black back drop..  I think the smaller one will work a lot better unless I an doing a case.
