bondo...oh bondo....
you can get pretty crazy with this stuff...
i havent used it myself on cases...
but my uncle has sculpted some really nice curves out of it for his ranchero....
you cant even tell it is bondo...
and since it is much easier than steel or aluminum to work with, you can get REALLY creative...
just wear gloves when you work, so that you dont get your skin all wacky...
some general tips.
clean the case good...and since you are probably going to paint it, why not strip the paint off?  even better.
cant remember if you need to make thin layers of the stuff or not, but if you do, do it... :)
i personally havent had that much experience with bondo...but i have seen what my uncle did, and that site you linked to...if you can think of it...you can probably do it...
take your time...and have fun!  :)

That case is nice. He used many other things to make it than just bondo. Wish I had those skills.

I saw a guy who had taken a small plastic skull he got at a yard sale and used bondo to add it to the front of his bezel with a fan behind it and LED's in the eyes. It looked good, but I can't remembe where I saw it. :(

HonestJhon, thanks for the tips.  I'll finish up the case and post some pictures but Im stuck with what to design on my case.  I want to do the Skull idea but it's been done so often.  I had the idea of finding a halloween mask and fill it with THE GREAT STUFF insulation foam and then mold that to the pc case with bondo.  Tell me whatcha think and maybe you have some ideas? thanks.

I'd suggest taking an old hood ornament and attaching it to your PC :P...

"You steal ma hood thingy!"
"What you talkin' 'bout Mista' Wayne?"
"You take my musting thingy!! I kil' yoo!"
