Microcomputer Datasheets
« on: September 10, 2005, 03:33:04 PM »

Does anyone know where I can find the complete datasheet for the HN5806P-25 Programmable ROM chip? I know this is an old item, but its what I'm given in lab. I was only given page 1 of this part's datasheet and I would like to read the rest.   Thanks

If you know who makes it, you may be able to get hold of an old data book (yes, kids, befre the miracle of PDFs, you could get books with all this data in them) from that maker. If your school has a tech shop (somebody has to calibrate the meters and scopes, so it's likely), ask them if they have any old data books.

Other than that, you may have luck by looking up a cross-reference, and getting the datasheet on line for a successor part.
