We're revamping the news format on the main page. Less generic affiliate news and more personal tech topics with a dash of opinion thrown in.

I like the news part, but I think the site could look a bit better if it were more like this, so that you could see more of the news on the first page without scrolling down.  Also there should be some separation between the news headlines and the actual news.

Just a suggestion, you don't have to take it if you don't want to.

Hmmm I was gonna suggest something like that but got too lazy to draw it.  But That looks good too.

I like it better the way it is now.  at least you can see that the authors care and what they think about the news and features rather than links to stuff posted on other sites with excerpts.
