What kind of cooler did you have on there before and what were your temps before the new water block?

I had a Thermaltake Volcano 9+ on there..

Idle temps were around 30°C and load was around 36-38° with ambient temps being anywhere between 19°C and 25°C

forgot to mention that i'm using artic silver 3 in the review as well as for the volcano 9+

Has anyone seen a big difference between using artic silver 3 and 5? Is the temps really that much difference?
