110 degree elbow + tubing size?
« on: June 15, 2004, 10:10:19 AM »

I have been watercooling my pc for about two years now and just finished working on a new case and want to carry my system over to the new case.  When I first started I used 3/8 tubing, but was think about changing it to 1/2.  My blocks, res, and pump, I can get w/ 1/2 fittings, but my rad. only comes w/ 3/8 (black ice micro II).  Do you think it would still be a good idea to go w/ 1/2 even though the rad will be 3/8?  It is also time to replace my pump, so I figured this would be the best time see about the tubing size.  My other question is, does anyone know where I can find some 270 degree elbows in 3/8 or 1/2 preferably not in brass?  Thx for the help.  :D

Buy a 90, turn around.  Then you are set.

I'd look in a hardware store in plumbing or there is an off chance that they'd have it in electrical (very off chance).  I know most are brass, but they do carry some in chromed steel.
