New MOBO advice...
« on: April 08, 2004, 12:07:11 AM »

Alright...I'm buying a new motherboard and there are too many to choose from. I need some advice.

I want a 800mhz FSB Pentium board....suggestions on chipset to go with?

I want the board to have Hyper Threading.

I'm looking real hard at the ABIT IC7-G MaxII Advance right now...

Anyone got any thoughts?

Need to buy this ASAP....big LAN in a few weeks!!!

The Intel 865 and 875 chipsets are the best on the markets right now. I've heard good things about the Abit.

Just about anything with a Intel 875P chipset is going to do you right.
