...possibly stupid questions
« on: February 29, 2004, 09:37:06 PM »

Got a few questions.  First of all, are there any sort of Temp displays out there (preferably which one can make at home) that does NOT require to have software running in the background?
Second question.  What's the name of those little soldering clips figures?  Like in the 7 figure temp display project, he has a little 3 clip one, that doesn't look homemade.

you can get a Compunurse temp display.  It works in itself, shows temps from a probe.

as for the clip thing, it's called "Helping hands".  you can get one at radioshack.
