wont boot up all the time

I am a first tmie overclocker and i tried to oc my cpu too much the first time. Now, whenever i try to boot up, it takes me a couple of times to get past the screen that tells you your chipset! COuld anyone help?

Yeah, turn down your clock speed dood.  And if you upped the memory timings, set them more conservative.  And make sure that your PCI/AGP clocks are locked at 33 and 66 respectively.

Either return to stock speeds and timings or just reduce them by quite a bit. Should solve your problem.

put ur system specs on, go back to stock for now and dont oc everything at once especially if u dont know what ur doing

if its taking a few trys to POST, then windows is DEFINATLY going to be unstable, test in windows with PRIME95. clearing the CMOS is a good way to start over again if you get really unstable, its allows you to clean everything off and punch in the setting you KNOW are going to work :)
