Different color Square LEDs
« on: January 12, 2004, 09:38:11 PM »

I have heard some people asking about a blue square LED.  I haven't seen any of these, but if anyone is interested I have seen square LEDs that produce both a red and green light, depending on where the voltage is applied on the three legs.  One controls red, the other green, and the middle goes to ground. Found them on allelectronics.com CAT# LED-104
they also have round LEDs that work using the same theory
