merlin....8.3 lbs for water?? that's right, now add in the salt that's in sea water! and 7 hours is a lil' off....


but I was gonna use the duron as a backup cpu....considering it'd work in my PC and with my luck, my athlon xp will fail on me and I'll need something! oh well, good job acsposuae

Actually, 7 hours is correct.  Think for a sec, whats 7 plus 17?  24? as in 24 hours.  Both 7 and 17 are correct answers.  And I looked up the gallon of seawater thing in two places, both came to 8.3lbs.

ahh, but the "official" time difference would probably be how far from each other they are base on Greenwich Mean Time, then california is -8 and japan is +9. hence, a difference of 17 but you do have a point.

and thats ahead of Cali time too at that, 17 not counting daylight savings time, Japan doesnt have DST...

Thats so not cool.  Since I was a dumbass, and didnt send it via e-mail, i didnt win (i would have if i wasnt so dumb).  Anyway, no use crying over a duron (LOL!)

Thanks for the interesting contest though.  Reminds me of the days in H.S. doing those search engine worksheets.
