Resistors in series?
« on: August 29, 2003, 11:45:50 AM »

I'm pretty sure i'm right on this one, but I wanted to make sure before i go and blow up a bunch of LED's.

I need a 20 ohm resistor, but i only have 10 ohm resistors.  If i put 2 10 ohm resistors in series, that would give me a 20 ohm resistor, right?

Thank you!  Now i can go build my fan bus!
Edit:
Well, got it all wired up and it works perfectly for the LED's.  Now i just have to hook up some fans.
