Internet Retailers

I have been checking some prices on a p4 2.4 Ghz 800 FSB.  About the cheapest I've found it in stores is $300.  I have found it on the internet for about $188.  I was wondering, if you order it off of a site, such as newegg.com, are you going to get it like you would find it in a store (in the retail package, unopened, unused) if it says retail?  Just checking because 100 bucks is a lot to shave off because of a larger customer base (in an online store).

If you buy from Newegg you will get the same product you will get in the stores just at a better price.  Not all stores are 100% honest
