i just got a email  from them and here is the costs

We only cut aluminum cases. We can do a custom design but the laser cutting costs are expensive. The base cost is about $150 for a design we already have. If CAD work is required it is charged at $50/hr by the laser cutter.

sheesh... I think I'm stickin' to my simple dremel designs! I'd rather have 5 cases then my own "custom laser cut" case side...

I have bought this side cover and the only problem it has is if you run a fan blowing into the case @ high rpm it has a bad wine to it. when the fan is set to exit the air its ok.

When you have it as intake, try putting/using some rubber grommets or just anything that would give a little space between the fan and the side panel.  I think the whine is coming from the fanblades spinning very closely to the sidepanel making some noise.  if you notice one side of case fans (side where air comes in), the fan blades and the center of the rotating part of the fan is almost flush to the fan's casing.

No it does not vibrate. It has to do with the cuts I think. I now have the fan hooked up to a control unit to slow it down a bit when I'm not playing games. when I ordered it I did not notice it had the holes for a fan. I was not planing to use one on the side of the case. but with no fan it does not look right. http://www.crazypc.com/images/cases/inferno/infernosilvercloseupfull.jpg

they said it is really brittle by the center blow hole, i admit it is really thin there but it doesnt bend from what i seen, plus why would you be bending it in the first place, if your worried about breaking it off just buy a custom made fan grill from crazy pc and just put it over it. Kick ass case from what i seen so far.

Doesn't anyone else think this side panel is ugly?  The lazer / water jet cutting is intricate but I dont understand their appeal.
