Have you considered bolting the PS to the bottom of the wagon? That would give you more room...

you can get a 180W microatx PSU for like $25.  I don't think I'd recommend anything less than that.

yeah, bolting the psu to the bottom would be a good idea but how much clearence is under the wagon? if theres alot u should just bolt a normal psu to the bottom

You could always bolt the PSU and/or HDD/optical drive to the bottom so the mobo is nice and visible under the plexi.

Power supply on the bottom sounds like a good idea, but I don't know about the hard drive down there.  I would keep that in a more secure place.
