His system, with the original block is running at 45C idle... with the better block is at 41C idle... I was getting better temps than that with the stock air cooler.  maybe his setup is quiet, but thats not very impressive.

if ur case has 2 80 mm fans right next to each other, you could look at the dual 80 mm rad at http://sysfx.net  thats whart i am getting

I just had a look at that radiator and I agree with you, it's definately a better option, I think I'll be buying that one for my computer.  Also do you know if there is a review on this radiator somewhere so I can have a look to see how it performs i action

no i do not know of any reviews, but PM Bikr and he will tells u how it sowkrs, he has a couple of them....actually, i think i might know of a review, Bikr actually did an article on sysfx.net http://modasylum.com/sysfx.php check that out

I checked out the site and I have another question now. How good are those pumps as they are only rated for about 120 gph, is this enough for a system with 2 water blocks? (1xCPU, 1xGPU)

i really have no idea, i am only gonna be using a WB on the proc, so it will be enuff for me, but u should contact sysfx and ask them

well, it depends on your block how much flow you need.  some block designs (like the dtek ones, the whitewater/cascade blocks, swiftech and dangerden blocks) all perform better with more flow.  300 gph is the basic minimum for good performance.  some blocks (innovatek is the example that comes to mind) dont require as much flow for good performance
