sorry the commas in the URL killed the entire link.

you can go to http://www.cybercrime.com and it is on the froint page for now.

Later you will have to search the page for PayPal to find it.

Yeah the story says that the majority of PayPal's customers have had no problem, just that a few have had some pretty extreme problems that have taken months to fix.

I've not had a problem with paypal, but when I did (cc issue) it took them like four months to response to my cries for help...

Paypal screwed a friend of mine. He has something to the tune of $2000-3000 in his account, someone tried to pay him using a fraudulent or stolen card or something, back in January. So they siezed -his- account.

He still has no answers, and no money. They refuse to talk to him, to boot. Like hell I'll use them. Especially after having them send my credit card number in PLAINTEXT, in EMAIL, COMPLETE. *AFTER* selling all my details to as many spammers as they could.

I use them all the time. The key to pay pal is to not be an idiot and keep any amount of money in your account that you can't live with if you lose it. To that end I hardly ever have more than 50 bucks in my account and have used paypal for a few years without issue.
