My thoughts: Antec SX1030B case review
« on: August 14, 2001, 10:56:00 AM »

This is the case I had a friend buy and thought i'd throw in my 2 cents.

PROS:
The case is sturdy (thought I was gonna wear out my hole saw cutting this thing). It has a ton of room inside. I had no problems installing an IWill kk266 in it, lined up prefectly. The fan placement is nice and very easy to add 80mm fans.

CONS:
The 2 stock 80mm fans just plain suck, I bet they are only 15cfm jobbers. If you want to upgrade from 80mm to 92mm fans it is a lille harder then usual due to how the plastic 80mm fan holers mount to the case. There is a gap above the psu that you can add a top fan, sadly there is only about 1.5" and makes a tight fit. The front door is nice but could break easy.

I would buy this case again, in fact I did buy one for myself. The 300w psu is a lil small for what I have planned but for the avg users, or mild modder, it should prove more then enough.
