Dean: do you know, or know somebody that knows how to solder?

It's easy to make a fanbus, it's cheap and you can hook up the fans to it without the need of connectors.

If you want to connect a fan, cut the end of the fan tail, strip the wires, find a molex end, just before the plastic end pull back the insulation from the wire w/out cutting all the way through, connect fan and use electrical tape to finish it.Use the red and black wire next to it.

firstly:
http://www.gideontech.com/fanbus01.shtml

secondly:
I made mine, and my mate's, for about 10-15 quid each, all parts from Maplin. That includes various things to make it look neater, tidier(sp?) and cooler, I think the cost was about 5 if you want a plain, simple one and already have some wire, add a pound 20 for 10m of wire if you don't have it already...

i get alot of my fans from old power supplies and since there is no way to connect them to anything cuz of the  2 pin connector i just cut off four pin molex connectors from broken fans or other broken things (like PSUs too) and take off the 2 pin connector from the fan and replace it with the 4 pin
