If your not working on a budget you might want to consider water cooling.  If you are into serious oc'ing.

i got the 2400 xp too. I was thinking of getting the vantec aeroflow. I will overclock eventually, but probally not all that much (maybe around 300-500 mhz). Right now i have a stock fan. Should i bother upgrading, or just stick with the stock?

Prometia phase change cooler... but seriously either the SLK-800 (or 900 if you can fit it on your motherboard) or the Swiftec MCX462.

ive got a 2800+ and i use the Volcano 11

it keeps the CPU cool after an 800mhz oc (38C idle, 45C load)

if you get this be sure to lap the base - it reduced my cpu temps 5C!

Thats the peltier jobbie?  I dont trust that very much, especially as its aircooled (if im thinking of the right one)

I second the SLK800/900 and swiftech MCX4000

If you want to go extreme, there is always water.. but its a lot more expensive
