All images submitted must be completely original works of art and the individual submitting the image must be the sole copyright owner of the said work. Basically, this means that you cannot take an image or background off of the web, apply a Photoshop filter, add some text, and submit it. That’s copyright infringement, and its illegal.

I think that means ANYTHING that isn't created by you.

the dremel isn't art, and i didn't try to pass it off as if I drew it.

it was drawn by somebody somewhere so yes it is art....
