Well I was having some troubles See thread here

Once I figured out the problem I emailed Antec, talked to Steve Moorhead and they're sending me a new front bezel. Its nice to see a company who still looks after their smaller customers. So great cases and great customer service has made me an Antec customer for life.

yeah, but maybe with a better company, you wouldn't have had the problem in the first place.

Maybe, but then again, it could have been for any reason that this happened. I've had other Antecs which never had a problem and I don't think you can sit there and say with a "better company" I might not have had this problem. Alot of things can go wrong. That's why every company has something they call customer service. Can you tell me of a better company which can guarantee I never have any sort of problem with their products? I think the better companies are those who make quality products but work quickly to help when something does go wrong.
