maxamus: you never "introduced" yourself on a thread, haven't you?

read me well here, I'm not flaming anyone, but I'd like the useless thread to reduce down a notch, and the people to get a better netiquette when posting...

a thread like "I NEED HELP" don't follow simple basics...

this said, except for the "cut it 45 degrees" and the "manage your corners to be round" I don't know any way to pass this corner problem.

Thanks all for your concerns about me being flamed as a newbie...but you know what? i don't mind.....if someone feels he or she has to waste their time flaming me then so be it. FLAME away.....I rather enjoy it to be honest with you.

Now on to my Netiquette. Should I have introduced myself then posted yet another thread for my question?

come on people dont be haters. ne way, the best solution to corners is to use a dremel and eliminat the corners. make them rounded. if you dont have a dremel you can also use snips, thats wut i did and it came out fantastic

Nope. I believe my first thread was either the MSI D-Bracket help or my poll on internet access prices

Hey Marsupial....the damage is done. all i really need to know is if anyone knows of a good way to cut the molding so it looks neat and tidy? Once I post my pics you will see that my corners look like crap.  I should have planned better but I'm an  :idiot:  so I have an excuse.

If the molding is black you could cover the joints with electrical tape that is streched tight. Or you could allways melt the joints together then smooth it out with a small trowl while it is still hot / warm

you can also, if you have room, make the corners so that they're curved.

basically, it would look like this :

try that.  just cut little pieces off the corner, and have them stick out.  make them symmetrical, and you can have the molding just follow the rounded edges you get.  thats just a basic drawing.  MSPaint isn't very professional anyways
