Whats a good temperature & System performance monitor software for Intel boards? I currently use Speedfan on my AMD 64 build but I don't like it too much

Here are my system specs for those wondering

Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200
Super Talent PC2-6400 DDR2 800
NEC ND-3520A
Seagate 500GB SATA II HDD
Hauppauge PVR-150MCE (Soon to be replaced by a Hauppauge HVR-1800)
Antec 430 True Power II 430
Antec Plus View II Server Case

Try HWMonitor, from the CPU-Z folks.  No fan speed control, but otherwise nice, clean, functional.

i use speedfan. controlls the fans proper and gives me speed, temp, rpm, voltages. even does S.M.A.R.T info and has a neat little overclocking feature if your mobo is supported.
