So I got this processor- 2.80GHz P4 with bent pins at a swap meet for like 2 bucks.  I bent the pins back in place- took about an hour and I was able to wiggle it successfully into a socket 478 but the motherboard I have doesn't have support for FSB800 and in fact has no FSB control so it won't boot up.  I'm looking for something that I can plug this chip into to see if it really works- I don't care if it's ECS, PCChips, or any other kind of oddball motherboard but it has to be cheap- like $15 or 20 (or free if you don't care).

lemme know if you have a working lowend mobo laying around.

I wonder what I did with the one from my former eMachines PC...
