Is the 8-series integrated video a true 8-series part?  I seem to recall that nVidia's done some "upgrade in name only" on the low-end... the 6200 mysteriously became the 7100, as I recall, and supposedly the 8300 is just a 7300 with token DX10 support (as if you'd want to do DX10 stuff on it)

For non-gaming, Vista's just fine with a non-DX10 part.  I rather liked how my 7600GS actually worked with Aero and all right out of the box, while a HD3650 requires a driver pack just to get support for widescreen resolutions.

When AMD and Intel started their crazy sh*t with CPU naming I just quit trying to figure out anything. I know GT is better than MX and the higher the number the better. But then there are expections to that.. some cards just don't work as good as the one before it. You'd be better off trying to figure out women, or for a real mind shattering, heart crushing experience, figure the one I have/had/will have(?) out.
