Boxes are always free from USPS. They have a bunch of shipping supplies that are free.

How does one go about acquiring the USPS freebies? Every time I've been to the post office, I see padded envelopes, boxes, box tape, etc., but all for sale at ridiculous prices... ?

TIA

I don't know about "giving" free boxes, but it's easy to get free boxes... just cruise up behind any whiskey store, or for the bigger boxes, hit up your local grocerer at night when they're stocking the shelves... ask a stocker to take you to the back and you'll find boxes galore...
