psu- $16.00

i got a little bored this evening so i took to stand off the monitor and the paper holder thing in the briefcase.  i also installed the cpu and hsf as well as put ram in the mobo. i won't go into detail about how to put as5 on and installing the hsf because most people know how already.

i was just testing the fit of the lcd and it's going to be tight.  it will work though.

the back of this lcd doesn't have mounting holes, so i will have to make a special bracket for it.

the stand that comes with the lcd is really cool, it goes up and does and pivots.  too bad i won't be using this for anything.  any ideas?

that's about it for tonight, i will have some mosre stuff later that will actually be interesting.  hopefully i will have all the parts and some lexan to work with in a little while.

Why not make it so the stand can attach to the briefcase? so the brief case can be off the ground and tilt as you need it.

that's a good idea, but the on;y problem with it is that the spring in the stand is made for the weight of the lcd.  since this will be kinda heavy, i don't think it will work.
